Dua Lipa started her music journey in 2013 by signing a contract with Tap Management, a publishing and record company. She got connected with them through her lawyer while she was still working as a waitress in a cocktail bar. The company was so impressed with her talent that they offered her a monthly salary to quit her job and concentrate on recording music.
